He provided me with a great price on my new car and went to great lengths to find me the exact car that I wanted in terms of options, color etc. Although I was told by another dealer that the color combination I wanted (Mineral Grey/Saddle) did not exist, Tom found the exact car I wanted in VA. Tom made the entire process very easy and was a very genuine guy, which I appreciate, especially in the context of car dealers and negotiations!! When I picked up my car, Tom sat with me to show me all of the amazing options and how they worked and even set up my radio stations for me.
