I was put in contact with Tom Forte at Greenwich BMW by a good friend - I had previoulsy leased my 2010 3 series through Mt. He provided me with a great price on my new car and went to great lengths to find me the exact car that I wanted in terms of options, color etc. Although I was told by another dealer that the color combination I wanted (Mineral Grey/Saddle) did not exist, Tom found the exact car I wanted in VA. Tom made the entire process very easy and was a very genuine guy, which I appreciate, especially in the context of car dealers and negotiations!! When I picked up my car, Tom sat with me to show me all of the amazing options and how they worked and even set up my radio stations for me. Overall the experience was great and I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Tom to anyone looking to lease/buy a BMW. More

What I found particularly helpful is that we started negotiating from the price as advertised and that I did not get the impression that 'games were being played' (you know the usual stuff where the sales person needs to talk to the manager etc etc and make you feel like an idiot, where in fact the dealership acts like an idiot because they create the impression that you should be happy that you are there and have an opportunity to buy the car, where in fact the reality is that they should be happy to receive a customer.....to make a long story short: I did not get this feeling here which was a positive surprise). Overall I would recommend a friend to buy a car here. More
