I will never use this Dealership anymore. I spent over 6 hours waiting for my Towing Service once they lied to me that I could not move my car. After speaking with the Service Manager the si I spent over 6 hours waiting for my Towing Service once they lied to me that I could not move my car. After speaking with the Service Manager the situation never changed. He, once again, lied to me that my car did not have Oil and I could not use it. When the Towing Service arrived they had no choice but turn the engine on and the Car was fine. This was a Complete Joke. They were very disrespectful with these actions. I will never recommend this Dealership to anyone as they deceive Customers. This is a real Ashamed. They do not respect Customers whatsoever. They only want to Rip off Customers’ money. After this such a bad experience I am seriously thinking to switching to Mercedes Benz. I have 3 BMWs in my Garage, such a big mistake. I say Do Not Use This BMW Dealership Located in Gainesville, Florida. They are a Complete Joke. They are not Worth a Penny of your Money. More
