Service manager Andy was absolutely wonderful. . Mechanic actually came outside to see what happened to the drivers mirror. It was fried from putting on heated steering wheel which was also a defro . BMW gave me a rental because I lived 53 Miles away and it would take a few days to get parts. Also had an oil change. Back breaks etc.. It was a very smooth transaction. I will be back when I need my oil changed again and see what else my x2 needs. Thank you Excellent Service Department! More
