The salesman,Jack Brockmeier, made this the best best buying experience that I have had. The F & I guy, Matt Kynard was also excellent. The entire dealership staff is very professional and competent. Buying a car is not usually a pleasant experience for me becaus I am not a patient person. The BMW of Gaiensville staff made this purchase a pleasure. More

He was very courteous, friendly, and willing to work late just to get my paperwork completed in time for me to pick up the car that weekend. The dealership itself was very nice, and everyone there greeted you with a friendly smile. The price that I got on my car was fantastic, and more importantly, so is the car.
