WATER DAMAGE, BAD COSTUMER AND SALES SERVICE! BE CAREFUL TO BUY YOUR CAR THERE! We went to Florida for our end of the year vacation. Two days before we leave my husband found a reasonable car in t BE CAREFUL TO BUY YOUR CAR THERE! We went to Florida for our end of the year vacation. Two days before we leave my husband found a reasonable car in this dealer. We were about 2.5 hours away, but we already drove 20 hours to Florida, so why not driving few more to see the car right?. My husband called them ahead of time an asked them if they have the car before we drove there...Big mistake they knew we were from out of state and also knew we drove few hours to get there with our kids. The price was firm, we didn't get to negotiate it.The sales person who took care of us was SUSAN TRIANA, beyond friendly with my husband, was flirting every time I step away to do something with one of our 3 children. We took the car to our hotel, and as we were getting ready to leave the next day, my husband noticed there was lots of water in the trunk underneath the carpets...Something that we couldn't probably find out in months, if it's not because we were going on a long trip. We called the sales lady, she didn't reply back to my call or texts. We ended up calling the manager Mike and told us to bring the car the following day. We took the car there, 5 hours to drive back and forth, we had to stay and paid for 2 more days of hotel just for them to remove the carpet and dry them...We could have done that!! They DID NOT change the rusty parts that were under water (subwoofer, amplifier), DID NOT give us any warranty on the parts, and the worst part is that they SOLD us a car with WATER DAMAGE. They should have told us before we bought it. Very disappointed with this place!! More
Excellent I called this Dealership after going online, the sales person took my call then I got a call from the Manager, which introduce himself very profession I called this Dealership after going online, the sales person took my call then I got a call from the Manager, which introduce himself very professionally as one should, he took my request and process everything whithout seeing me the finance manager got me approved in less than 4 hours I was on my way to get my awsome care that I did not even seen before. The manager picked out a wonderful car for me just by speaking to me and whatever I told him everything was perfect. I have no regrets in recommending BMW of Gainsville, they know real Customer Service they are 150% great More
WATER DAMAGE I would be very careful when buying a used car at this location. I bought a 2012 Nissan Quest and found out later that there was water in the trunk wh I would be very careful when buying a used car at this location. I bought a 2012 Nissan Quest and found out later that there was water in the trunk which compromised the sub-woofer and amplifier. I was offered to make sure that no more water would get in. How about the 2 parts that were under water? No water damage was disclosed and no offer to replace the deteriorated parts was offered. Make sure you inspect every inch of the car that you are buying and don't believe that it was inspected and everything is ok. Even if it is shiny it could have problems and they will give you the run around rather than address the issue head on. Victor C More

Exceptional Customer Service I cannot say enough good things about BMW of Gainesville. We ordered a new 2016 X1 and our salesman, Mike Ramesar kept us informed all through the man I cannot say enough good things about BMW of Gainesville. We ordered a new 2016 X1 and our salesman, Mike Ramesar kept us informed all through the manufacturing and transportation/delivery process. As the car would not be delivered before our planned trip for Thanksgiving, Mike arranged for us to use a brand new loaner for the trip at no charge. The other dealerships we were negotiating with (BMW and Infiniti) prior to our decision to buy from BMW of Gainesville laughed at us when we asked for a loaner for the trip. Mike and all of the other people we met at the dealership were extremely professional and friendly. There are 2 other dealerships that are 1 hour closer to where we live, and because of the way we were treated, we decided to bring our business to BMW of Gainesville. More
Great dealership! Amazing people! I found a 2012 Black BMW 328i on cars.com I filled out the information request and was contacted by Mike Ramesar a Sales Manager at the dealership. I I found a 2012 Black BMW 328i on cars.com I filled out the information request and was contacted by Mike Ramesar a Sales Manager at the dealership. I cannot speak highly enough of Mike his personality and professionalism. I made a appointment to come see the vehicle and headed to Gainesville. I was immediately greeted by Eric Corley Used Car Manger when I arrived and Eric had the BMW waiting and cooled off( a major plus in the Florida summer). I drove their car and they drove my trade, we both were happy and sat down to crunch numbers. Eric and Mike worked extremely hard to earn my business, we negotiated for over 6 hours. During that time they brought Chris the Head Technician out to answer all my questions about the certification process, scheduled maintenance, etc... I also got to chat with Susan who offered a wealth of BMW knowledge. The General Manager Scott finalized the deal giving me a great offer on my trade. The trip through the Business Office to finalize the paperwork was a breeze Matt the Business Manager doesn't waste his clients time and he doesn't try to jam a bunch of products you don't need down your gullet. Even Todd from the parts department came back in after he closed because I wanted a BMW thermos and key chain. After coming out of the Business Office, Eric worked tirelessly to deliver my car! He helped me empty my trade, he had the BMW gassed up, cooled off and spotless. He sat in the car for a hour teaching me everything the car does. I literally had to kick him out ;-) not a bad thing, but the dealership was closed and he needed to get home to his family. Every team member I met went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and answer my questions. I never felt pressured, or deceived. The professionalism and honesty at this dealership is remarkable! Bait and switch I called BMW of Gainesville about a leftover 2014 i3 they advertised online in May 2015. I gave them the stock number and was told that it was availab I called BMW of Gainesville about a leftover 2014 i3 they advertised online in May 2015. I gave them the stock number and was told that it was available and qualified for $4000 off. I drove 2 hours to get there,, where I was told that it had just sold...2 hours prior to my arrival. When I pointed out that I had called 1 hour 50 minutes before arrival, that story changed to having sold minutes before I arrived. They did however offer to sell me a lesser model (base wheels) for $4000 more! In essence a leftover, 8 months after the end of the model year, for over full sticker price. While it is possible that this was not a bait and switch, it is also exactly consistent with a bait and switch More
