BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Bonito (our salesperson) made us feel like we had arrived at a good friend's house rather than a car lot. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and Bonito (our salesperson) made us feel like we had arrived at a good friend's house rather than a car lot. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional, from the warm greeting from Bonito (our first time at this dealership) and everyone we spoke with, to being offered snacks and drinks (healthy snacks at that) and a very nice well lite glass room to inspect the car we came to see. We were given a tour of the facility including the (envy of most) state of the art service center. Bonito made us an offer we couldn't refuse so we couldn't do anything but say... yes. Best thing I can say about this BMW Dealership is... you have to check them out on your next vehicle purchase, they're awesome! More

The more pleasant surprise was the way I was treated by the sales staff at GBMW. As someone who has purchased a number of new cars in my life, I am appreciative of the way Frank Arango treated me as something much more than just a number and kept me updated on the delivery date of my new vehicle. And if Frank was busy or out of the office, other sales staff were aware of who I was and of the current status of my M2.
