I had an awesome experience with them. I called to inquire about a vehicle that turned out to not be the right fit for me. Told Zachary what I was looking for. We texted back and forth negotiating the deal, sent pictures and information on my trade and everything came together within 3 days with no hassle, stood behind their word and I went with a bank draft in hand and purchased the car. Zach was so great to work with, the manager was helpful and finance was quick and efficient. I drove away with my beautiful 750i! 3rd car I’ve bought from them over the years. I will never use this Dealership anymore. I spent over 6 hours waiting for my Towing Service once they lied to me that I could not move my car. After speaking with the Service Manager the si I spent over 6 hours waiting for my Towing Service once they lied to me that I could not move my car. After speaking with the Service Manager the situation never changed. He, once again, lied to me that my car did not have Oil and I could not use it. When the Towing Service arrived they had no choice but turn the engine on and the Car was fine. This was a Complete Joke. They were very disrespectful with these actions. I will never recommend this Dealership to anyone as they deceive Customers. This is a real Ashamed. They do not respect Customers whatsoever. They only want to Rip off Customers’ money. After this such a bad experience I am seriously thinking to switching to Mercedes Benz. I have 3 BMWs in my Garage, such a big mistake. I say Do Not Use This BMW Dealership Located in Gainesville, Florida. They are a Complete Joke. They are not Worth a Penny of your Money. More
