I took my car in for to new rear tires and alignment; prior to taking to shop my car drove and braked smoothly, afterwards my car started braking roughly! Additionally, one of the tires was put on inside prior to taking to shop my car drove and braked smoothly, afterwards my car started braking roughly! Worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. Customer service and professionalism clearly is not something Dave or BMW of Gainesville strives for. I definitely would not recommend coming here.
