I always use dealership for oil changes. Only had vehicle approx 2 years tires never rotated had approx 30k miles now I have expense of 800 to replace tires because tires were never rotated. Crazy expensive for items that are not even specialty parts. Did not give me the option to get normal tires in stead of the run flat tires for the mini. Also their $175 inspection did not identify the ba parts. Did not give me the option to get normal tires in stead of the run flat tires for the mini. Also their $175 inspection did not identify the bad right rear wheel bearing. Maybe I need to bring it to someone that knows these vehicles... oh wait! That's them. :( More

BMW of Gainesville was a well organized dealership. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and very helpful and generous from start to finish. Everyone we worked with made the They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and very helpful and generous from start to finish. Everyone we worked with made the whole process easy and not stressful. They were straight forward when talking about prices but were also willing to work with us and consider our budget in order to make us feel comfortable before we made a decision. Connor offered us a water as soon as we walked in the door and was very personable through the entire experience. Everyone else that helped us were also very personable. Our vehicle was well maintained and I was very impressed to know that they put 4 brand new tires on the van, a brand new battery, replaced oil and air filters, did an alignment, did an oil change on it and replaced the brake pads. Also before we left they put a full tank of gas in it and completely detailed it for us. Our experience was great and I would recommend Gainesville BMW to anyone. More
