First time taking car for service (90K maintenance) and had to take car back due to leaking motor oil. Also found a dent (points upward) on the hood when I picked up the car. I went for a emission control recall by BMW. Charles the advisor was professional and kind enough to offer me a loaner car a 330i, a pleasant driving experience. The work was done with free inspection with advisor was professional and kind enough to offer me a loaner car a 330i, a pleasant driving experience. The work was done with free inspection with a video recorded, plus a free car wash. Charles also confirmed that my car was eligible for the program of 3 years oil change in $199, which was denied a few months ago by a previous advisor (maybe was a sub, as seemed very unprofessional).
