Nick (Nilesh Lal) is always a pleasure to work with. He is always accommodating and will solve your worries at all times. Great customer service provided by my advisor Charles Way. He offered me the promotion of a lifetime ($199 for 3 years of oil change) without me having to ask for it (this promotion was the reason I came Way. It was just nice that I had an advisor who got my back (he could have kept quiet about the promotion and just tried to charge me the regular price of $280 for one oil change) but the fact that he rung up the promotion without me asking speaks volume of the honesty and integrity of the type of service you can expect from BMW Fremont. I was also well taken care of while my vehicle was being serviced. Charles’ assistant (didn’t get his name) offered to give me a ride to the movie theater after the uber driver that BMW Fremont had arranged for me canceled on my trip (supposedly due to the very short distance between BMW Fremont and the theater). Charles handed him the key to one of the cars available on the lot without any question. It was Christmas Eve and they closed by noon but Charles volunteered to stay until 1pm so I’d have more time at the theater. Also heard him telling one of his team members to go home early for Christmas if she was done with all of her tasks for the day; he even said that he could help her wrap up anything else that she couldn’t get to. The folks here are great; they really know how to take care of their customers and employees! More
