Truly superb service, from the moment when I arrived and was greeted respectfully to the moment when he walked me to my car after the service was complete I felt appreciated, valued as a customer, and well- was greeted respectfully to the moment when he walked me to my car after the service was complete I felt appreciated, valued as a customer, and well-served by Nick Lal and the service team. My 2017 M1 needed a number of things done and Nick talked me through them, being upfront about the costs, the amount of time each service would take, and the degree to which they should be done right away or could wait a bit. I told him that I intended to wait at the service center for the work to be done, and Nick walked me back to the customer area, helped me get plugged in and connected to the wifi so that I could do my work while the service team did theirs. The time passed quickly with me quietly singing along to the radio and typing away while enjoying coffee available to customers. Before I knew it Nick texted me that the car was ready, completed almost to the minute of his time estimate and at a lower overall cost. Definitely, a wonderful service experience and I'll never take my car anywhere else. Nick even emailed a few days later just checking to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Awesome. More

Best service I've ever had at a dealership. I came in for an oil change and was helped by John DePalma. I'm very particular about my car and John was extremely patient and attentive to this.
