I was very happy with the excellent level of care for me and my vehicle. Everyone was helpful and inviting. Noel, Randy, and Charles went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service! Kudos to the management team as well; the culture and mindset to be great at delivering excellent customer service starts from the top on down. Everyone there seems to understand the value of the customer and that every customer's experience can be an impactful one, whether positive or negative, so it's up to every employee there to do their part when interacting with a customer/guest on a daily basis. Every company I visit I evaluate the cleanliness of their environment and the quality of their parts and service because it's a reflection of the company and it tells me whether they truly care about a customer's experience. The overall customer service representative was friendly and answered questions accurately. The waiting area is clean and good for 1-2 hours waiting time. The only issue I had was 2-3hours promised waiting and answered questions accurately. The waiting area is clean and good for 1-2 hours waiting time. The only issue I had was 2-3hours promised waiting time became 4 hours. It must be something unusual happened. I hope it was informed in advance so I can prepare accordingly. More
