Supposed to be 1-3 hours maintenance service so I waited. Ended up 6hours of waiting. They should have at least told me that there is a delay so I can get picked up or offer me a ride home. I have been to few BMW dealerships. Service and transparency they provide is excellent. I was also looking to buy extended warranties for which I didn't get straight forward answers fro Service and transparency they provide is excellent. I was also looking to buy extended warranties for which I didn't get straight forward answers from all the dealers. I pressed a little bit hard to the service rep and finance guys and I got comprehensive answers about what's offered through different options. I did purchase extended warranty as well as I get my regular services done through them all the time. I'd definitely go back to them all the time. The only issue I have with them is that whenever I call them first time I never get to speak with the service rep. They ask me to leave voice mail which takes a bit of time to get response to. Besides this, service is better than usual. More
