After I dropped my vehicle for the recall related service, the estimated time to fix the vehicle was more than 2 hours and it could take longer. I requested a ride(Uber/Lyft) to my home(17 miles away service, the estimated time to fix the vehicle was more than 2 hours and it could take longer. I requested a ride(Uber/Lyft) to my home(17 miles away) from the service manager and it was denied because the dealer management doesn't allow and I had to wait 2 hours at the dealership. I rate this as a poor customer experience. More
I brought my Z4 for an inspection and also wanted to get an estimate for some non-urgent problems. Matthew Richardson was my service advisor and he was extremely helpful. He carefully listened to my needs and concerns, was very polite and friendly, provided all possible cost and time estimates. Since the dealership was quite busy that day and they couldn't diagnose my car right away I had to leave it with them, and Matthew even got me a free ride home. He also was communicative the next few days and sent me detailed results of diagnostic, so I had all needed information to make a decision regarding further work. It was a very pleasant experience for me, no doubt because of Matthew who went above and beyond. More

Daniel Boyd has been a godsend during a grueling process. I could not bring my car in because there were no loaners available.
