Had a repair that require ordering a part fr Germany that took a month. Misquoted me for the repair parts and labor when I initially place order for the part. Called me after my car in service bay that it wi took a month. Misquoted me for the repair parts and labor when I initially place order for the part. Called me after my car in service bay that it will require bumper removal and will cost 3hrs labor. On top of that bumper was already removed prior to calling me and obtaining my authorization. Also part was not ordered correctly missing a piece so I need to wait and will need go back again. Service advisor was not proactive. I needed to email and check my status weekly. More
