They expedited my alignment service while I waited after having to make and cancel prior appointments ..they treated me respectfully, had nice waiting area! No upsell pressure!! And a free car wash!! When i make appointment on line for my service, it gave me so many complicated option and I have no idea what service option to choose from and i pick the one seems most appropriate. I went in on-time for me so many complicated option and I have no idea what service option to choose from and i pick the one seems most appropriate. I went in on-time for my 7:20am appointment. I was served 15mins later. At that time, i forgot i had discount coupons, i did not present it and the person did not offer me as well. When i go back to pick up the car, another person helped me and I showed him the discount coupons and he started say I should have mentioned it in the morning now they have to reprint the paperwork. Whoa! That's how they treat the loyal customer. More
