Sales person didn't show for our scheduled appointment. Was handed off to another seller. Finance did not know how to make out the paperwork for a trust. The sales pitch for extended warranty was "this car is complex, fails quite often and is expensive to fix". Not what one wants to hear when purchasing a car. One of the keys was lost during the purchase process and had to be brought to me a few days later. Once the car was purchased no one was there, including the seller, to take us to our car and explain how to operate the vehicle. We were left on our own. We got the feeling once they had our money we were of no use to them any longer. More

Drove up from LA to pick up a car and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The dealership was clean and roomy. The staff was fantastic and the sales advisor Shabir Qudus made the process as impressed with the experience. The dealership was clean and roomy. The staff was fantastic and the sales advisor Shabir Qudus made the process as easy as could be. Shabir was up front and transparent regarding pricing and quickly answered all my questions. I was able to get a car I love and bring back my previous BMW lease in one easy transaction. I was a bit hesitant to drive far away to acquire a car but after speaking with Shabir he put me at ease. Shabir is the real deal! I also had a great experience with the finance manager Mark Murillo, really nice guy and he was straightforward and got us in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this dealership and the wonderful staff who truly make a difference. More
