I cant say it has been a pleasant experience, not bad but very unorganized. When I purchased the car, took 5 hours waiting when I was told to come in at a certain time, very haphazard ways. The sales is good and professional. However the finance guy made a lot of troubles to me. We asked him to charge the downpayment in multiple credit cards with specific amounts, but he directly charged the guy made a lot of troubles to me. We asked him to charge the downpayment in multiple credit cards with specific amounts, but he directly charged the total amount using one of my credit card without letting me know in advance. The amount is over my credit card limit and it caused my credit card closed eventually. All these troubles are because of his recklessness and disrespectfulness. More
