I have dealt with this dealership the last 7 months, they’ve had my car in their care at least 5 times and the issue still isn’t fully resolved nor rectified. As I continue to still do low maintenance they’ve had my car in their care at least 5 times and the issue still isn’t fully resolved nor rectified. I cant say it has been a pleasant experience, not bad but very unorganized. When I purchased the car, took 5 hours waiting when I was told to come in at a certain time, very haphazard ways. I booked a service and was told I must have the loaner back by 3, go all the way back they say the car is not ready, come back tomorrow, then got it the same day, the car was not even cleaned.! More
