Outstanding customer service. I just took my 328i in to have the air conditioning recharged. Matt Richardson explained every step of the process to me, He arranged transportation for me to my office, after have the air conditioning recharged. I have been taking my BMW 328i to BMW Fremont for all services since I bought the car in 2012. In fact, I use my BMW car for long road trips and drove 100K+ without any trouble so far. I made this service appointment for a gas leak concern. Upon meeting Mathew, his attitude towards the SULEV warranty on my car was insulting. Probably because it's a 2008 BMW. I'm sure he's a lot more acco Upon meeting Mathew, his attitude towards the SULEV warranty on my car was insulting. Probably because it's a 2008 BMW. I'm sure he's a lot more accommodating if you have a newer model and look the part. Keep in mind I had called the dealership prior to my appointment and made sure that they would be able to provide a loaner. When I arrived for my appointment, Mathew informed me about their "new" rule instilled in April regarding loaners.. He informed me that their new loaner protocol states that they cannot give BMW car loaners to those who have a car older than 2016. This was news to my husband and I because we have gotten both our 2008 BMW's serviced there and at the Mountain View location and received loaners with out a problem, even after April. Apparently if your car is older than 2016, they will provide a rental through Enterprise, which is fine had I known that prior because Enterprise requires your debit card which I did not have on me therefor I could not get a loaner and leave my car to get serviced. This was such a huge waste of time not to mention that I could not leave my car to get serviced in the end and had to drive it back with the gas leak issue which is dangerous. Oh, and I had to take time out of my work day for all of this. I suggest asking for Nick next time you make a service appointment here because Mathew is useless. More
I have dealt with this dealership the last 7 months, they’ve had my car in their care at least 5 times and the issue still isn’t fully resolved nor rectified.
