We reserved the vehicle and when we arrived, we were told that our appointment had been mysteriously canceled and that the vehicle we'd reserved had been sold earlier that day. The salesperson we were suppos that our appointment had been mysteriously canceled and that the vehicle we'd reserved had been sold earlier that day. The salesperson we were supposed to meet wasn't even there! We were very disappointed and angry that no one had informed us that the vehicle had been sold and that our appointment had been canceled. We had driven over an hour to the dealership, wasting our time. We were ready to leave the worst review ever but then... We met Linda Vu. She was extremely polite, kind, and thoughtful regarding our situation. She asked if we'd like to see the vehicle which had been promised to us as it was still on the lot. She then searched through future inventory to see if she could find us another vehicle with the features we were looking for. We left thinking that we'd need to continue our search. The next day Linda called with good news. The vehicle we had wanted, the one we'd been promised, the one we saw on the lot the day before...was suddenly available. The sale to the other party had fallen apart. If we wanted the vehicle, it was ours, and Linda would hold it all day for us. Linda was actually not even at work, as it was her day off. But she said she'd go into the dealership and hold the car to make sure we can have it. We once again drove down to the dealership and this time, we got the vehicle! WooHoo! All thanks to Linda! We'd give Linda Vu 10 stars if we could. She made it all worth it. More
