People at the dealership were very friendly. My sales person was Winnie Chen. She worked hard to make sure she answered all my questions and worked to make the deal happen. When we were ready to sign papers, we waited about 2 hrs to get to see the Finance guy who was the only one working everyone's deals as the other finance people were out sick with Covid. Started out great then went south. Never returned my phone calls. Never had a even buying the truck. Would have driven down there and paid cash for the truck, but Leanne couldn't get past me trading in phone calls. Never had a even buying the truck. My husband and I started our car shopping with a well known, big name dealership in Pleasant Hill, CA. Without wasting time focusing on them, I will say the customer service experience at that dealership known, big name dealership in Pleasant Hill, CA. Without wasting time focusing on them, I will say the customer service experience at that dealership left us feeling like we were an absolute burden and like they had better things to do - And that was just with the receptionist to get on the several hour waiting list to speak with an associate! We were at least able to narrow down what suv we were interested and decided that we didn't want to work with that dealership and to do some more online looking around instead. We came across a VW Atlas that we loved and it happened to be at the BMW of Fremont. Initially, being a person who does not have the financial ability to purchase a BMW - by any means -, I have to admit that the thought of working with a BMW dealership was a bit intimidating and we were very hesitant. We decided to reach out anyway to see if the vehicle was still available. Within minutes an associate named Dilip called us and instantly we felt at ease and sort of knew that we were talking to the person who would sell us our car! Dilip was so kind, informative and encouraging. We ended up driving down to Fremont to work with Dilip on purchasing our car. He was so friendly and did not give salesman vibes AT. ALL. As a matter of fact the entire staff that we interacted with was honestly the same. Right down to the gentleman who helped us with our financing paperwork. Not at one point, while being in that beautiful showroom did we feel like we didn't belong. Thank you so much Dilip and BMW Fremont for your help with our new Atlas! You will be our go-to in the future! More
