Dealership venue is outstanding. Nice building and location. Sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful but be sure to be attentive when you negotiate your terms with Finance. BMW basic warranty package not disclosed but rather will offer purchaser those added packages instead. Make sure to know your terms and your APR before signing. I find it too tacky and misleading; do not feel very assuming that the dealership, considering the classy cars they sell, will not give a disadvantageous offer as it is very hard to request corrections/amendments afterwards. I was so unsuspecting. Will try to contact BMW Finance directly and hope for a fair and honest transaction. More

People at the dealership were very friendly. My sales person was Winnie Chen. She worked hard to make sure she answered all my questions and worked to make the deal happen. Started out great then went south. Never returned my phone calls. Never had a even buying the truck. Would have driven down there and paid cash for the truck, but Leanne couldn't get past me trading in phone calls. Never had a even buying the truck.
