Thank you and will forward to getting a clearer response and settle all of the concerns that are still in my mind. If not for the car itself, and Ed who was so helpful and professional, I will even be more sorry I went to Fremont BMW. I cannot imagine how a BMW dealership will not initially present and offer an outstanding factory warranty, and instead, offer a customer insurance /service packages presented one one sheet of paper, covering engine, body, tires, etc. (my dog's insurance coverage has a better brochure, for crying out loud). I had to go to the BMW USA website to find out! Very unacceptable. Again, I was so unsuspecting and fell trusting, which now lingers in my mind. I do not even know what my APR was for this deal. It was far different when I purchased my last car at the Benz dealership at Stevens Creek. I suspect it is not 1.9%, as what is being shown on the website. Golly, I wish I can magically rewind, and be intellectually wary.
