Had a great experience with the team at Fremont BMW, beginning my first contact with the internet/phone sales rep who diligently searched for a car that met my specs and followed up with status updates. beginning my first contact with the internet/phone sales rep who diligently searched for a car that met my specs and followed up with status updates. When I finally went to the dealership to look at and test drive the car, the overall service was fantastic (and patient) as I asked a bunch of questions and deliberated over buying the car available or reserving a car that was in transit.
