Everyone there seems to understand the value of the customer and that every customer's experience can be an impactful one, whether positive or negative, so it's up to every employee there to do their part when interacting with a customer/guest on a daily basis. Every company I visit I evaluate the cleanliness of their environment and the quality of their parts and service because it's a reflection of the company and it tells me whether they truly care about a customer's experience.
