Overall a solid experience. Omar listened to my needs, answered all of my questions, and in the end we were able to come to a fair price and completed the deal quickly. They lowballed a bit on the trade-in, and seemed to have too much pressure on them to sell appearance and dent protections (being willing to drop the price of the car just to keep them in the deal), and naturally the finance office tried to sell multiple extremely overpriced warranties/plans to me, but even afterward they've been responsive to my questions. Although my agent was nice she was not knowledgeable about the car or its features, or I was misled. I was given the impression the car had adoptive or active cruise control. It did not but it had the f about the car or its features, or I was misled. I was given the impression the car had adoptive or active cruise control. It did not but it had the feature button. She became basically unavailable after the purchase and I lost my window to return the car. The free electrical service to charge the car never worked and again the dealership failed to follow up. So I’ve been paying for electric charging during my “free” period. A $90,000 car should have dynamic cruise control in 2024. I’m stuck with three year lease. More
