The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and cordial. They listen to the customer and provide adequate assessment of time and what it takes to have the vehicle fixed. Vehicle checks out to be in very good condition. Process was average in speed. Dealer forgot to do all the computer work to set me up with the car’s iDrive system so I had to go to my local dealer Process was average in speed. Dealer forgot to do all the computer work to set me up with the car’s iDrive system so I had to go to my local dealer to get that done. They could have helped me with the software upgrade I wanted but they didn’t want to. Local dealership is handling that too. More
