Once again I had an amazing stress free experience with my service advisor. Nick Lal is the man. I had my car dropped off after hours and got the work done very promptly. They figured out the issue and had my service advisor. Nick Lal is the man. I had my car dropped off after hours and got the work done very promptly. They figured out the issue and had it fixed in no time. When I went to pick up my car it was also washed for me. The little things like that on top of the great work done on the car mean everything. I highly recommend BMW of Fremont and if you get lucky to have Nick as your go to guy. More

I did not like how my husband was treated at the dealership for complementary service when he dropped off my car. The staff named Richard assumed without asking first that we are there for repair.
