I used white glove valet service for the first time and was extremely pleased with both the promptness of the pick up and drop off - as well as the communication regarding the service times. Over the phone I thought the worst due to a delay but it worked out for my good by the time Uber came to pick me up and I arrived fuming. I'd recommend Kevin Cunningham for a higher position. He is knowledgeable of the work flow, has professional customer service skills, recognizes the human needs of one having their vehicle back fixed and in a timely manner. He is great with conflict resolution enough to manage the Service Department. He knows what to do and how to efficiently get things done. Kudos to you Kevin BMW is blessed to have you aboard. More
No one seems to care at this dealership. Today, my car was serviced for a part recall. No one called me to let me know the car was finished, and when I picked up the car, all of my persona Today, my car was serviced for a part recall. No one called me to let me know the car was finished, and when I picked up the car, all of my personal settings (ALL of THEM) were changed on every single thing in the cabin of the car. Best part is, they returned the car to me with a warning light that the car needed windshield washer fluid. Are they that lazy that they couldn't put in the windshield washer fluid? Never again, and no more BMW's. Next vehicle is a Mercedes. More
