Absolutely the Worse Experience ever. They have had my vehicle for 3 months. My brand new BMW X5 2022 was rear-ended. I bought it to BMW COLLISIONS. The spend almost 2 months to fix a dam They have had my vehicle for 3 months. My brand new BMW X5 2022 was rear-ended. I bought it to BMW COLLISIONS. The spend almost 2 months to fix a damage the the left side. Then after they finally finished it, they tell me the Power steering is no longer working. So they take it to Servicing. I’m now going on 1 month Later No Loaner Car, they are now going to compensate me $50/day for a Car. $50 a day, What kind of car can I get for $50. Nobody knows what happened to the power steering that was working when I brought the Vehicle to that location. They did some thing to it. Now they are waiting from a Part all the way from Germany. BMW luxury Service is Pure CRAP. I will or trade in this car for something else. THe service department is Crap, poor customer service. They talk to you like you are the problem. I am now in the works to Sue them for inconvenience and compensation for Now Months without a vehicle. Service Managers like Lionel Senior are horrible and Servicing people like David Silverglad are horrendous. I have never been so unhappy in my life. No More BMW for me. They are full of promises and will continue to use Covid until the wheels fall off. More
