Do yourself a favor I have owned BMW's since 1989, both sedans and motor cycles. I have owned 2 mini coopers and had them serviced in Florida and LA. Mini of Freeport is by far the worst experience I have had out of any dealers ( other cars included Porsche, Lotus, Austin Martins and Saab). So far they have had my mni for almost 3 weeks without an update call- 2 calls to service manager not returned- general manager my call has not been returned, I am not certain why it takes 3 weeks to phone someone wit an update. Or why the loaner department would just call and ask me to bring the loaner in for an inspection- since I have no idea when my car would be ready. More

I was expecting the usual hassle filled service experience where there is always something left to be desired. I was greeted by someone who already knew my name and Kevin Cunningham (Service Adviser) was expecting me. The environment was friendly, comfortable and hospitable. Service was performed exactly as Mike Timpone (Service Director) patiently explained to me. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. My overall experience was personalized and expeditious. My car was drop off at this place for convenience and suggestion for BMW Road assistance for my location after having a big problem with my car. The diagnostic was engine misfire solution new engine!!! What a headache but thanks to Mike Timpone the Service Director and all his team including Greg Itkin the service advisor for all the help they gave me solving the problem of my car definitely they know what they are doing very professionals extremely attentive, friendly and courteous. The service done on my car F30 / 328xi was performed promptly and was returned to me immaculate inside and out like brand new!!! This is a big PLUS for me... also the facilities including the waiting area and amenities are very clean and comfortable for all customers!!! Great job BMW of Freeport!!!! More
Much Thanks to Mike Timpone! I have to say I had 2 difficult problems that could have gone entirely in a different direction. Mike Timpone, the President of BMW in Freeport saved I have to say I had 2 difficult problems that could have gone entirely in a different direction. Mike Timpone, the President of BMW in Freeport saved the day both times. I understand that sometimes the service managers that check in your cars hands are sometimes tied and can't do much. But I was being sent on my way, when I literally almost blew a gasket. I "asked" for a manager after initially being unhappy, and after some prodding I was given the manager. Well, it was a pleasure to meet Mike. When a polished man in a suit comes out and can talk to you eloquently and with compassion for your situation, it says a lot not only for the man but for the company as a whole. I immediately felt as though I knew Mike a long time, and that put me at ease. Everything Mike said he would do to rectify my situation he did and went well beyond what he needed to do. I asked him to please see my CPO 528i all the way through the process and he did. He touched base with my several times, left me his cell number, called and even texted. He hooked me up with a new Service Advisor as well, Anthony Isom, who was also someone who I was very impressed with. Not to mention he was a former professional athlete. What else can I say about Mike, he made sure I got a quality loaner car, he handled everything to perfection, and when it came time to billing he made sure everything was on the up and up, and went out of his way for me. I appreciate service like this, because it's rare these days to find anywhere. I can't thank Mike Timpone enough for making what could have been a disaster into nothing but a pleasurable outcome! Service has always being horrible, but it was free so i dealt with it until now. They told me the entire braking system in the car needs to be replaced due to an outside fluid. My car was always serviced with them. Now Mini of Freeport Service wants $9,000.00 to fix my car. My ar is still covered under the warranty as per my paperwork, but now no one at the service department wants to be responsible for this and my only option is to pay $9,000.00 to fix a car with only 20 k miles on it. DO NOTUSE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY JUST WANT TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY. THEIR WARRANTY IS ALSO BS. More
