Worst service person Had a service appointment scheduled for a recall part. Got there and was told to go straight to the service adviser Tracey Geraci. There was no order Had a service appointment scheduled for a recall part. Got there and was told to go straight to the service adviser Tracey Geraci. There was no order there, so I just waited in front of her and she snapped at me and told me there was a line. Ok fine, so I sat down and waited. When it was my turn, she was so unbelievably rude and condescending. Didn't tell me I had a loaner car scheduled, told me they wouldn't get to my car, and made me reschedule my appointment. When I was rescheduling with the front desk, the girl told me I had a loaner scheduled and I didn't really need to reschedule. Tracey came over to the front desk and confirmed to the girl that I would be rescheduling. OK thanks. Came back to my rescheduled appointment. This time, I sat down and waited for Tracey since she snapped at me last time. Again, no order to the place so she helped someone else who came after me. Great. She finally takes me and starts giving me a list of everything that's wrong with the car and that THEY need to fix. She was basically saying that I was going to crash and DIE if I didn't let Mini fix the car. Great. I kept saying no, that I just wanted the recall part fixed and that I would have my mechanic take a look at it. And she tells me that mechanics don't know how to do these repairs. Pretty sure mechanics can change tires and fix oil leaks. The woman was basically trying to scare me into getting all these up-charges, ON TOP of being completely condescending to me the entire time. Went to pick up the car. Again - saw she was with someone, so I sat and waited for her. She saw me sitting there, and decides to help 2 other people, leave her desk for 15 min, and then proceed to make phone calls in front of me. Customer service rule - you *always* help the person in front of you b/c they can SEE you. You deal with calls after. She wasn't even getting calls - she was MAKING them. You can help me first BEFORE making your calls. Finally, after an hour of waiting, I went up to ask her about my car. She handed me a piece of paper and told me to go get the car from the valet. REALLY?? You just had to give me a piece of paper, you saw me sitting there, and still made me wait. I want to deal with you as little as you want to deal with me. You could have just given me my paper right when you saw me, and we could have been done with each other forever. First time here -- never coming back. Honestly couldn't tell if she was racist or had whatever prejudice against me from the get-go, but she seemed to be nice to everyone else except me. By my third encounter with her, it was clear she was just being rude to me on purpose. Tracey Geraci was the worst service person I have ever encountered. Threats and condescension are great ways to treat customers. I would rather drive all the way to Westchester than to deal with her ever again. More

I recently drove the car from Los Angeles to Long Island, and she was sorely in need of her 60k service, plus a few odds and ends (to be expected after over 3,000 miles of driving). I bought the car in LA, but that didn't matter. Tracey and Dave in service did everything they had to do and more in order to restore my beloved Mini back to her true glory! From its drive belt to surprising me by fixing the drivers seat! How important is it to be comfortable while driving your favorite car? I would easily recommend Freeport BMW Mini to family members. That is perhaps the greatest recommendation I can offer! If you want to find yourself behind the wheel of fine German engineering and know you're gonna be taken care of, seek them out. An enthusiastic thumbs up!!!! More
A long relationship over! STAY AWAY FROM FREEPORT BMW! Well, back in April of 2017 I purchased a CPO 2014 BMW 550i xdrive from Freeport BMW. This was the second BMW I purchased from this dealership and my Well, back in April of 2017 I purchased a CPO 2014 BMW 550i xdrive from Freeport BMW. This was the second BMW I purchased from this dealership and my 5th BMW. I purchased this car from Freeport BMW because over the many years their service dept had treated my well so, I thought I should purchase my next vehicle from them to show my appreciation. I will say the pre owned vehicle dept was excellent. But for me it is how I am treated later that matter as well. I brought the car back to them 1 month later. It was stralling and running rough after sitting more than 8 hours. I arrived for my scheduled (online Appt) on time. They took in my car quickly. I was then directed to a S/A desk. I sat there for 20 mins while being completely ignored. The S/A ' s that were working seem more interested in cursing and carrying on about customers and other employees than me. I finally went over to the young lady who works the counter. She went above and beyond to help me. She tried to get an adviser to help me and they all just loooked at her. 10 more mins go by and she goes back over and finally gets someone to help me. He proceeds to tell me he has no record of my appt. well I have a confirmation number and don't need a lecture how I should have called. He takes my info and approx 1 hour later I'm on my way of course that's after he tells me he's not sure he can get me a loaner car. I didn't request a loaner he states. Well, funny you have no record of the appt so how can you know what I requested. So, they keep my car 3 days. Each day telling me we are stilling looking into the issue. Finally day 3, sorry we can not replicate your issue, would you like to take a ride with our tech. Hey, I told you the car needs to sit at least 6-8 hours. So, no. A simple search online and I found thus very issue reported by other owners. They did not even try to upgrade software or contact BMW for possible fixes. Just hear ya go, sorry. I have since put tops 2k miles on this car and the issue is still there and at time dangerous. Seems Freeport BMW got my money and that is it. I took the time to write a detailed Email to the manger. That went unanswered. So, message received loud and clear. My recommendation is to stay away from Freeport BMW. Even if the experience is positive in New car sales or pre owned I means zero when service is terrible and disrespectful to its customers. It was made clear that my time and my money mean nothing to Freeport BMW. Once they have your sale locked up and done they move on. Funny I always received customer evaluations after service. This time I received none. They knew I wasn't happy and didn't want corporate to know. So, shame on you Freeport BMW. Just another grab and go dealer. Spend your money where you are treated right before, after and during the sale. Freeport BMW is not that place. The only bright spot in my experience was MARCUS Mordan in pre owned and his boss as well. Sadly, that is not enough and I will not be going back. *****Follow Up***** So, on Sept, 05,2017 I received the follow up STANDARD response from Greg Vitello, the GM of Freeport BMW. So, I called as I was asked to do. I left a message on his voice mail. Weeks later, zero, nothing, nada. So, message received loud and clear. Freeport BMW got my money from the sale and now wants nothing to do with me or my 45,000 dollar paperweight. Car still acts exactly the same has it has since week 3 of ownership. Still stalling and shifting hard due to bad idle causing almost stalling issues. I can not stress enough my disappointment in FREEPORT BMW. All I can say, is learn from my experience. This is not at all the BMW care I had grown accustom to. Guess its time to move on to another brand. Thanks for reading folks. I'm out. Ray More

AWESOME I want to start by saying, I do not just give 5 star ratings. This dealership really has earned my trust and my appreciation. I've had my vehicle serv I want to start by saying, I do not just give 5 star ratings. This dealership really has earned my trust and my appreciation. I've had my vehicle serviced a few times by them and every time they have been patient and through and went beyond the call of duty. Example, I purchased my car by a third party company. I drove the car for two weekd and had to bring the car in for service because of the brakes. I was on vaction due to go out of state and I couldn't drive my car in this condition. I spoke to a Service Advisor named Kevin Cunningham. This man is ACE'S across the board. He spoke to them and the company agreed to fix the brakes and rotors without me have to through another 800.00 on them (this service was suppose to be covered under my warranty and this third party was about to have my warranty voided) laziness and greed are evil. Kevin was literally the light at the end of this tunnel. Thank you Mr. Cunningham. I will be coming back again. 7.3.17 I came in today for my rear parking lamp light to be checked. I also have to get a new battery for my key. I also, came to him for a quote for an exetended warranty on my BMW 328 XI DRIVE XI really don't trust going anywhere else. Thank you Kevin. More
