HORRIFIC SERVICE DEPT LUXURY VEHICLES SHOULD NEVER YIELD LOUSY SERVICE... There should never be a time when a service dept rushes a woman with a baby, stands by and watches LUXURY VEHICLES SHOULD NEVER YIELD LOUSY SERVICE... There should never be a time when a service dept rushes a woman with a baby, stands by and watches her struggle with a carseat, stroller and baby, and on top of that... does not offer to assist. DISGRACEFUL! DISGUSTING! How dare you BMW of Freeport rush me to return the keys to the loaner and direct me, my baby, the carseat, the stroller, and the baby bag outside in the freezing cold to load everything up, alone?! This blatant disregard for empathy and civility was allowed by other staff looking on, staff passerbys and a so called stand-in Manager who presented himself with an obvious "I could care less" attitude. Again I say... DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL!!!! Because you allowed such a place to represent you and behave this way... BMW USA, you should bow your heads in ultimate shame. More
