Steve Itkin went above and beyond outstanding service. Steve had my 2008 x5 serviced with radiator hose and thermostat problems. The expansion tank developed a leak on my drive home. Brought the car back the next morning and without any hesitation, Steve had it in the shop and replaced the tank. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Steve and the entire BMW service team.
