Steve goes above and beyond! I’m so satisfied with the level of service I received from Steven Itkin! He took the time to help me with a dysfunctional side mirror, a nail in my ti I’m so satisfied with the level of service I received from Steven Itkin! He took the time to help me with a dysfunctional side mirror, a nail in my tire and the 2018 x1 recall.. ALL IN ONE VISIT! He was so dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of and explained everything to me thoroughly. Because my work schedule is super hectic, Steve drove the loaner to my job and picked up my car to get fixed. Afterwards, he had driven my car back to my job and picked up the loaner. I have never received this kind of attention from my usual BMW service center. I was stress free every step of the way. Thanks so much Steve for being so considerate and helping me fix the issues with my car! I highly recommend BMW Freeport because they’re on top of their game! More

Pretty good service I recently brought my car in for service and I worked with Steve Itkin. The car needed some parts and was subsequently there for a week and a half, w I recently brought my car in for service and I worked with Steve Itkin. The car needed some parts and was subsequently there for a week and a half, which was expected due to the work that needed to be done. The car was completed in a timely fashion as promised by Steve. FYI, I actually drive past another dealership to go to Freeport because I like the service that I receive. And customer service is VERY important to me. The only issue I had was that I was not given a loaner car for the time my car was at the dealership. My car was brought in on an emergency basis so there was no time to schedule an appointment. I was told, there were no loaners available. I bought my car from this dealership and should be entitled to a loaner, especially when my car is there for more than a day or so. I spoke to Steve about this after receiving my car back, and I am confident this will be corrected in the future. Good job Steve! More
