Came here few weeks ago with my mini for them to check AC leak and have them done NY inspection. Picked up my car the next day with broken hood latch, no NY inspection, AC problem not fixed and an invoice fo leak and have them done NY inspection. Picked up my car the next day with broken hood latch, no NY inspection, AC problem not fixed and an invoice for $2400 for services and repairs I never authorized. when I asked Tracey (service advisor) about the repairs, and the proof her response was “I’m not a mechanic but I’m sure it’s a safety issue” When the invoice was given to me I started to question all the charges, cashier told me if I won’t pay they will not give my car back to me. I called a service manager the next day Steve. His response was “we run you key and did all the preventative services, didnt require your authorization. You already paid so can’t help you” More
Kevin Cunningham is my Service Advisor. As a result my vehicle gets the best care. I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed, working with Kevin.His expertize and knowledge of my car is amazing. Every time I visited this service center I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin Cunningham. Kevin is professional, friendly and a true pleasure to work with. Most recently he helped me in an almost pleasure of working with Kevin Cunningham. Kevin is professional, friendly and a true pleasure to work with. Most recently he helped me in an almost impossible situation and found a way to help me with service that I was needing. He literally saved my day and to him he was just doing his job and trying to make his client happy. He is a true asset to your team and should be recognized for always going above and beyond. More
I would give this place no stars if I could. The service guy Robert Pappagallo is a Racist. I went to get my car repaired which I thought my warrantee would cover, to make a long story short it5 didn't and guy Robert Pappagallo is a Racist. I went to get my car repaired which I thought my warrantee would cover, to make a long story short it5 didn't and I agreed to pay the $1614 for the repair. I had to leave my vehicle overnight due to them not having the parts available. I waited for an additional 2hrs for someone to drop me off. Only when I stated I was going to take my car to BMW in Bayside for the repair someone was available to take me home. I was informed by Robert Pappagallo that my vehicle will be ready first thing in the morning and he will give me a call. I didn't hear anything from him the following day around noon I called him, of course he was busy and never called me back. I called back about hour later and left a message for his supervisor to give me a call then Robert called me back 2hrs later stating my vehicle is ready for pick up and he's sending someone to pick me up. I arrive to the dealership and they bring my car out my 750M bumper has 3 huge starches on the bumper now I'm pissed and still trying to remain calm. I Go back inside to tell Robert and he keeps asking if if I'm sure my car wasn't like that, when you can clearly see the paint still hanging off of it. The guys look at the pictures no marks on the pictures. He clearly stated it's not a big deal. Now I'm really pissed what you mean it's no big deal. He then state in front of everyone you just mad cause your warrantee would not cover your issue on the vehicle. xxx I totally lost it I don't know if it was cause I was a Women or Black. Regardless the statement was so unprofessional being that I'm a business owner myself. At that point I request to speak to his supervisor Steve who then looked at the car and stated this clearly happened here due to the paint still coming off. He set me up with a loaner and told me it will take a week. Moving forward pick up my car the following week still no professionalism from Steve he said the car is fixed. I informed him i called there twice to follow up when my vehicle will be ready he stated he was talking now and that Robert Pappagallo will not apologize cause that's the type of person he is. I never experienced racism first hand especially when you spending your money. They basically took my $1614 and said xxxx YOU NEVER AGAIN. Maybe I should of read the reviews before I spent a $1 with them. More
Fraud Alert! Took my money, Didn't do the job, sent me away. On Thursday June 11th I take my car to an independent tire shop to have new tires installed. I was told my wheel locks (provided by and installed by BMW of freeport) were on too tight and they didn't want to rick damaging the wheel or my car to remove. I make an apt for the next day 6/12 to have BMW of Freeport remove them. Friday June 12 I go to BMW of Freeport to have all 4 wheel locks removed and the OEM wheel bolts I had in my trunk put on in its place. I was charged $189. for the service. I get home and I have 2 different wheel lock keys but no locks. I email Steve Itkin asking where m locks were. I get called back from my service advisor Robert Pappagallo. he said that the locks should be in my trunk back in the packaging that my bolts they put on were in. I tell him I don't have anything and he states the mechanic might have them. He said my key was chewed up but the locks came off easy with their master key. Saturday morning June 13 I go back to the tire shop to finally have my wheels put on. One of the technicians brings to my attention one wheel lock was still on. We go take a look together and not only was there still one wheel lock still on, but it had been broken and stripped. I call BMW of Freeports service dept and ask to speak to a manager. I was told that there was no one available at the moment and Steve Itkin would call me within 10 minutes. That call never happened. I had to pay extra to fix the damage BMW of Freeport had caused. The next day Sunday June 14 I go into the sales office to speak to someone and was told by the woman at the front desk she would try to locate someone. In the 15 minutes I sat there I witnessed about 8 BMW employees come ask what I was here for then walk away. I guess since I wasn't there to spend money no one had an interest in helping me. In my opinion this is fraud. At this point I'm furious because I was just lied to, taken advantage of, and damage was done to my vehicle. I want nothing to do with this dealership anymore because trust has been broken. I was just told lies to get me out of the way. I took plenty of time stamped and geocoded pictures of the damage and will certainly be contacting BMW of North America and the BBB. They're more concerned with me completing the post service survey and giving them good remarks than they are about their customers satisfaction. More

I find the service there to be reliable and dependable. My Service Adviser, Kevin Cunningham is wonderful. His knowledge and expertise in the workings of my car is unbelievable. He always advises me on what would be the best thing to do, in order to keep my vehicle performing at it's best. I know when I leave my car there, it will get the best possible care, If I ever have a problem, I can trust that Kevin will have it taken care of. in a timely fashion. I have always been impressed with his ability to answer all of my concerns to the best of his ability. He is polite, respectful and always a gentleman. Workers stole! My family has dealt with this service center for years. Never had an issue until last Wednesday when I brought my SUV in for service. First issue was My family has dealt with this service center for years. Never had an issue until last Wednesday when I brought my SUV in for service. First issue was my loaner vehicle which only had 400 miles on it, looked like someone just finished their breakfast in it. Crumbs all over the front seat and dried up spilled coffee on the console. Very disgusting, this is what BMW gives as a loaner! I cleaned it up my self and went about my day. Everything was fine when I picked up my vehicle, or so I thought until I got about two blocks away and realized I needed to charge my phone. I opened up my console and my duel phone charger was gone along with both charging wires for my phone and my son's iPhone. I checked the entire vehicle hoping it was just moved, but it wasn't moved it was removed!. I called the service center and was put on hold awaiting Robert Pappagallo who helped me when I brought my vehicle in. After awhile the receptionist came back on the line and told me he wasn't at his desk. I explained to her that someone removed my phone charger! I was told I would get a call back. Several hours later I did but was told that there are lots of hands going in the vehicles. I described the car charger and the two wires ( one had a blue elephant bite attached to it so it was very distinguishable). I was told I would get a call back in a couple of hours and if they couldn't locate it they would replace it. It is 4 days since this happened and I never got a call back. I had to buy a new double iPhone car charger, a Pixel charger wire and an iPhone charger wire because BMW service department has a thief, their loaners interior are dirty and ultimately BMW didn't care. They lost my business. More
