Did because what RoBert did was try to sell me xxxx first instead of trying to help me out… my experience use to be 5 out of 5 stars here until my last 2 visits then I brought my truck ask Chris if I still have warranty he calmly explain that I did extend the warranty but only for 36,000 more miles not until 75,000 miles like I did with the maintenance warranty. I said ok and he proceeded to then ask me how would I like to proceed… That’s how customer service works TAKES SOME NOTES ROBERT More
