I hoped things would get better, but unfortunately, they haven’t. The issues began back in July 2025 when the air conditioning in my BMW 740 started blowing hot air. I took it to BMW of Freeport, trusting that the dealership would properly diagnose and fix the issue. My car was kept for ten days, during which I had no loaner vehicle. I was told the issue had finally been found and repaired—$1,600 later, I left thinking the problem was behind me. Just two weeks later, I was informed that my radiator was leaking. The explanation? That the increased pressure from the now-working AC system caused the radiator to burst. Even though I was told only a radiator hose was changed, I trusted the diagnosis and agreed to pay another $2,800 for a new radiator. But just three weeks after that, the same air conditioning problem returned. The car is once again blowing hot air. We are now at the end of September, and the same issue from three months ago is still not resolved. This time, I was told that the AC unit itself is leaking, and that the previous repair only addressed the coolant. I’m now being quoted another $1,800 for a repair that, in my opinion, should have been identified and addressed from the beginning. As a customer, I understand that not every diagnosis is perfect and that cars are complex machines. However, I feel that the service provided was neither transparent nor properly executed. If replacing one component could lead to failure in another, that should have been clearly communicated. What’s most frustrating is not just the financial toll—over $4,400 so far—but the emotional frustration. I’ve reached out to both the owner and general manager with no response. Meanwhile, my five-year-old keeps asking why the car is always in the shop and why the air conditioner still doesn’t work. This has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I came to a BMW dealership expecting quality service and honest communication. Unfortunately, I’ve received neither. I hope this review encourages BMW of Freeport to take customer concerns more seriously and evaluate how their service department communicates and conducts repairs. I also hope no other customer has to go through what I’ve experienced these past few months. More
If you’re a parent or expecting, avoid BMW at all costs. I trusted them with a brake recall on my X7, and they failed me at every step. Freeport BMW brushed it off like it was nothing. BMW of North America stepped in, but even they gave me a terrible loaner. Then, without any communication, they had it towed in the middle of the night. I’m pregnant and now scrambling to manage my kids school schedule without a car. Meanwhile we’ve been customers for over a decade. BMW should be ashamed of how they handle these situations. More

Customer service was the best I have experienced in my 25+ years as a BMW owner. My advisor Ed W. took care of me step by step with speed and efficiency. My vehicle was serviced completely from top to bottom and all repairs/ service performed expeditiously. Overall 100% satisfaction and I will go nowhere else. More

I needed inspection . Tracey said ok. Service department will take care of it. Then I get video. Showing my tail light was broken . To repair $700.00 then I get another text saying sorry ur car will not pass u have tints . I felt disappointed. I went to dealer for help . I understand everything is money . What happened to kindness and I’ll get u inspected . It. Did not feel like any one gave a hoot about what I needed . A big staff of go see this person or some one else . The main reason people are afraid of car dealerships . The con artist vibe . How much money can I squeeze out of u. The car is. Wonderful the service . Does not match the level.
