Lucia Santiago was my Advisor for the 5 series that I just bought. I had a great experience as she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. Great service at BMW Freeport. Took my X5 in for an oil change. Joe is complete gentleman and made the process easy.
