Not a Customer Friendly Dealership, Last Year One of the Advisor over there Had me Pay $700 for my 328xi Battery Swap and Told me there was no Electrical Issues, It was a lie because I’m still Experiencing Advisor over there Had me Pay $700 for my 328xi Battery Swap and Told me there was no Electrical Issues, It was a lie because I’m still Experiencing a Battery Drain If I don’t Start my Car Every 2 Days. I also Brought my X5 50i for a Service and the Advisor Joseph Pagan Never Returned my Call for Over 3 Weeks, my Car has been sitting at the Dealership for over Two Months and When I Called to Speak to a Manager, my Expectations Weren’t Met, I Was Very Disappointed cause it’s Very Expensive to Service your BMW at this Dealership with a Labor Rate of $300/Hour. Not Only that, at the Mercedes Benz Dealership, they’re Showing their Respect and Appreciation to the Customers by Handing Perks like Travel Mugs, Moyse, Mousepad, Keychain and else while at this BMW Dealership even if you asked for it, they Claim they don’t have no more. This Advisor Joseph Pagan Handed me a Deformed Metal Ring as a Keychain Replacement, it was so Disrespectful. I want the BMW Headquarters to Change the BMW of Freeport Management cause they’re Unable to Provide Specially an Outstanding Customer Service Experience to African American. More
