Jon came highly recommended to me by a good friend and I must say, I had a wonderful experience turning in my lease / going into a new lease. My goal was to upgrade from the X3 to an X5 but initially, must say, I had a wonderful experience turning in my lease / going into a new lease. My goal was to upgrade from the X3 to an X5 but initially, there was no inventory left on the 2023 X5’s so I put my search on pause. Luckily for me, a deal fell thru on an X5 (exact color/interior that I wanted) and Jon gave me a call on Sunday to see if I was still interested. We handled all of the negotiations/ purchase process over the phone and by Monday I had the keys in my hand. Jon, thanks for making such a daunting process stress free and pleasant. BMW of Freeport is Really an awesome place. I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival there. I felt welcomed. My service advisor was David Silverglad. I explained to him all the problems that I was having with my car. David informed me about problems, diagnosis, cost and time frame of repair needed. At first I was a bit pessimistic about the diagnosis which he gave me of my car. But I was amazingly surprised, I was wrong and they were right. I was exceptionally grateful that my car problems had been resolved. David was true to his word. Work was done in time that he said and cost was exactly what he quoted me. No surprises here. Good honest work. David was considerate about my needs, listened to all my problems, didn’t try to oversell, just did exactly what I needed done. He responded right away with answers to my questions. Thank you David Silverglad and the entire service staff (porters, shuttle drivers, technicians, cashiers, ect.) at Bmw of Freeport. Just good quality service all around. BMW new I’m totally changing my review from negative to positive Only because of this amazing employee by the name of YAMILET. YAMILET went above and beyond after calling me about the issues I had with t positive Only because of this amazing employee by the name of YAMILET. YAMILET went above and beyond after calling me about the issues I had with the treatment and service I received. YAMILET listened she empathized she apologized, she informed me that she will do a thorough investigation by listening to the recordings between myself and my service advisor. After the investigation YAMILET called me to informed me that I was correct with what happened along with my concerns, and that she will take sole responsibility and make sure it’s corrected to my satisfaction. YAMILET instantly gained my trust. YAMILET made sure I had a Loaner car for the duration of the repairs, she kept me informed throughout the entire process, she was precise in resolving the issues. YAMILET honestly should be in charged of the entire operation because she’s so excellent at solving problems. She’s honest, she’s understanding, she’s caring, she looks you in the eyes and she gets the job done. From previous reviews that I read she seems like the only one that gets any issues fix. I work for the most successful and admired airline in the world, in a managerial position and everything she did it’s up to par of the way we take care of our clients. I cannot emphasize enough on how excellent YAMILET is and she deserve any promotion or any manager roles at the very top of BMW. Anyone that experience any kind of issue should go to her because she gets the job done. I’m currently satisfied with the fix. I won’t state the previous issues because they fixed it which is the most important thing. YAMILET told me that anything I need feel free to contact her with any questions or concern, which gave me a sense of trust and satisfaction. More
