Attitude is a little thing that makes a BIG DIFFERENCE I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. My first purchase (M6) was a not so good experience. If it were not for Alvin Peters I would not have purchased my 2nd vehicle (5Series) from this dealership. Alvin is really an excellent salesman, one of the best I have met. Not only is his attitude the best, he is also very knowledgeable about the BMW brand/product and he took his time which showed he didn't want to just throw any car on you for a quick sale. Anytime I contacted him about an issue he got back to me and handled my issue immediately. I highly recommend dealing with Alvin Peters when dealing with this dealership. Jackie searched out and found the exact car I was looking for, secured it, and had it brought to Freeport within a matter of days. Throughout these few days, Jackie kept me advised as to the progress of getting the car and making sure I would be driving it as quickly as possible. Once delivered, Jackie spent all the time I needed going over the options and how to get the most out of the vehicle. Her follow-up was stellar. I received not one, but three calls over the course of the next two weeks making sure I was happy with my car and to see if there's any thing further she could do for me. This is my second experience with Jacqueline having bought a X3 last year. I had shopped around in a few different dealerships before arriving at Freeport BMW. needless to say, I needed to go no further. it was because of that first purchase in the treatment I received that I needed to make only one stop when looking for my car this year.
