I had a price that they honored and also beat a quote from their competitor....when I set up the delivery date I had no car because I turned in my previous lease, and the salesman Kevin, came to my home and picked me up...the finance department went smooth and i was totally satisfied. If the car performs like the staff did I will see them again in 36 months. More

The trade in was generous and both her and the sales manager made me feel my deal was important. I had an issue with the driver side door weatherstripping that was not originally taken care of when I picked the car up. Jacqueline followed up on this for me and this past Saturday I brought the car back to have this taken care of. She promised it would take an hour and it actually took less time than that. They took care of me on time as promised. My experience would make me go back again for another vehicle and recommend my friends to go there. My wife also used Jacqueline to lease her 428i. Also great experience. More

Nice people but they play the usual car dealership games I met with David 2 times one for a 6 series and then another time for an X4. The 6 series never happened because I went with a Porsche but then I deci I met with David 2 times one for a 6 series and then another time for an X4. The 6 series never happened because I went with a Porsche but then I decided I wanted the 6 series too. I emailed David an offer and left him a voicemail but never heard back. (maybe it was insulting to him). I also needed the X4 for a work car but since he never returned my call or email I just purchased it with Life Quality in Brooklyn (ask for Brett) More
Much Thanks to Mike Timpone! I have to say I had 2 difficult problems that could have gone entirely in a different direction. Mike Timpone, the President of BMW in Freeport saved I have to say I had 2 difficult problems that could have gone entirely in a different direction. Mike Timpone, the President of BMW in Freeport saved the day both times. I understand that sometimes the service managers that check in your cars hands are sometimes tied and can't do much. But I was being sent on my way, when I literally almost blew a gasket. I "asked" for a manager after initially being unhappy, and after some prodding I was given the manager. Well, it was a pleasure to meet Mike. When a polished man in a suit comes out and can talk to you eloquently and with compassion for your situation, it says a lot not only for the man but for the company as a whole. I immediately felt as though I knew Mike a long time, and that put me at ease. Everything Mike said he would do to rectify my situation he did and went well beyond what he needed to do. I asked him to please see my CPO 528i all the way through the process and he did. He touched base with my several times, left me his cell number, called and even texted. He hooked me up with a new Service Advisor as well, Anthony Isom, who was also someone who I was very impressed with. Not to mention he was a former professional athlete. What else can I say about Mike, he made sure I got a quality loaner car, he handled everything to perfection, and when it came time to billing he made sure everything was on the up and up, and went out of his way for me. I appreciate service like this, because it's rare these days to find anywhere. I can't thank Mike Timpone enough for making what could have been a disaster into nothing but a pleasurable outcome! Be Aware Mini of Freeport Service damages car in purpose I have always serviced my car with Mini of Freeport Service/ Hassel BMW Mini Service since 2012. Service has always being horrible, but it was free so i dealt with it until now. They told me the entire braking system in the car needs to be replaced due to an outside fluid. My car was always serviced with them. Now Mini of Freeport Service wants $9,000.00 to fix my car. My ar is still covered under the warranty as per my paperwork, but now no one at the service department wants to be responsible for this and my only option is to pay $9,000.00 to fix a car with only 20 k miles on it. DO NOTUSE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY JUST WANT TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY. THEIR WARRANTY IS ALSO BS. More
