Since I was the observer, don’t change a thing in your future presentations etc. I also liked the fact that you went over the benefits and comparisons between the BMI 300 Series and the difference and benefits of the BMW 500 Series. You even helped my wife choose a compatible upgrade in her color choices. I was again impressed by how you dealt with the insurance company to get approval to make the insurance transfer from one vehicle to the new very easy. Do yourself a favor I have owned BMW's since 1989, both sedans and motor cycles. I have owned 2 mini coopers and had them serviced in Florida and LA. Mini of Freeport is I have owned BMW's since 1989, both sedans and motor cycles. I have owned 2 mini coopers and had them serviced in Florida and LA. Mini of Freeport is by far the worst experience I have had out of any dealers ( other cars included Porsche, Lotus, Austin Martins and Saab). So far they have had my mni for almost 3 weeks without an update call- 2 calls to service manager not returned- general manager my call has not been returned, I am not certain why it takes 3 weeks to phone someone wit an update. Or why the loaner department would just call and ask me to bring the loaner in for an inspection- since I have no idea when my car would be ready. More
