Jacqueline went well above and beyond any expectation. I was looking for a specific color and option packages and it was not available on their lot. Jackie searched out and found the exact car I was looking for, secured it, and had it brought to Freeport within a matter of days. Throughout these few days, Jackie kept me advised as to the progress of getting the car and making sure I would be driving it as quickly as possible. Once delivered, Jackie spent all the time I needed going over the options and how to get the most out of the vehicle. Her follow-up was stellar. I received not one, but three calls over the course of the next two weeks making sure I was happy with my car and to see if there's any thing further she could do for me. This is my second experience with Jacqueline having bought a X3 last year. I had shopped around in a few different dealerships before arriving at Freeport BMW. needless to say, I needed to go no further. it was because of that first purchase in the treatment I received that I needed to make only one stop when looking for my car this year. I highly recommend BMW of Freeport and above all Jacqueline Chait, the best car salesperson I have encountered. one more thing - when leaving the dealership after the initial visit I spotted a BMW teddy bear in the showcase. I commented to my wife that our granddaughter would love one of those. when I picked up my car Jackie made sure my granddaughter got the teddy bear. More
