Liked her so much when my husband needed a car I got a 430i Grande Coupe from her too - we just got it two days ago. Jacqueline is the best - we got rid of two Audi Q5s and I could not be happier with our new BMWs. I put a ton of miles on the X3 and went for the 5000 mile service (included) and they were wonderful - I've dealt with this dealership years ago when we had 2 X5s and it's a totally different place - NEW AND IMPROVED! Not only Kevin took care of all the minor issues with the car, he had arranged a new 7 series loaner for me. They took the time to go thru the detailed check-up on my car and when my car was ready to pick up, he even asked if he could have someone drop it off to my house as he knew I work long hrs at work. The whole experience was way more then expected. I would recommend everyone to go see Kevin. More

Moreover, we never felt pressured to select a particular model. Instead, he suggested taking a test drive of the models that interested us and the rest was history. We settled on a x-drive 330i. Generally speaking, the whole process was quick and rather easy. Everyone we came in contact with was professional.
