She was true to her word on all her promises and delivered more than promised in some significant ways including an 18 model when the 17 could not be built according to the agreed specifications. Jacqueline's superior service approach has not ended at delivery. She has been genuinely concerned with our satisfaction since, asking us to come in for tutorials on the car and making sure we are pleased. I would highly recommend Jacqueline. Great Customer Service Lucy is a great salesperson. I stopped by BMW on my way home one evening, probably 30 minutes prior to BMW closing and Lucy took her time didn't rush Lucy is a great salesperson. I stopped by BMW on my way home one evening, probably 30 minutes prior to BMW closing and Lucy took her time didn't rush at all. She was so excited to go over all the models I was interested in and she gave me different alternatives (ex: colors, accessories, etc) to fit my budget. She worked diligent to get me a good deal. The next morning i went to pick up my car :) she then took over an hour to show me all the features and make sure i left the dealership completely familiar with the car. She made my experience great and I am glad i made the switch to BMW. I highly recommend her! More
