Lucy Santiago was superb Lucy is clearly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Despite all the difficulties I gave her( changing the model and interior, and features a Lucy is clearly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Despite all the difficulties I gave her( changing the model and interior, and features all the time) she never got frustrated with me and in the end provided me with the perfect car. This is the second vehicle I have gotten from her and will continue to use only her from now on. You cannot go wrong with her. I recommend her at the highest level. More
They just lost my business I bought my X1 from David three years ago. Came back, as I had a great experience. But this time, I came with someone who had experience leasing cars. I bought my X1 from David three years ago. Came back, as I had a great experience. But this time, I came with someone who had experience leasing cars. The price was too high. 1) He said he was giving me the best deal. 2) He said there were no discounts for being a recent graduate. 3) He tried to sell me a loaner car. I waited a week to see if he would follow up with a better offer. Lastly, and what clinched it, is the bad info I got from most everyone regarding my end of lease inspection. Too frustrating to relive, but I made a point to let Freeport BMW know how upset I was. I ended up going with another dealer and saved $2k on down payment and about $100 on my monthly payment. Got a $1000 off for being a college graduate and walked away with a full loaded X3. My advice to come consumers: Its okay to be loyal to the BMW brand, but know that dealerships are not all equal. More

Best BMW dealer I ever bought from I feel like a big shot when I go to the showroom or the service center. Everyone knows me and greets me as if I am their most important customer. My service adviser, Greg, goes out of his way to get things done for me,. Because of him, I have stayed with BMW. I considered Mercedes, but I would then lose Greg as my adviser. Yes, he is that good! I am now driving my 10th BMW, but I never had service as I get from Greg. Everyone at the service garage greets me and treats me well. My previous BMW dealer was hit or miss, and frequently miss. I have come in with emergencies such as 2 punctured tires, and they made sure they took me in immediately and and either gave me a loaner or drove me to work, without an appointment. My previous dealer had a great sales department, but the service garage was lacking. Boyd,, in sales, is very patient, as I am not the easiest of customer to please. I bought 2 cars from him. He is honest and tries his best to do right by you. More
No stress repairs I have a mini cooper that I purchased a map up date for and installed it my self. Some how I did not follow proper procedure and crashed the Navigati I have a mini cooper that I purchased a map up date for and installed it my self. The service advisor Tracy Geraci took care of it with no problems or stress and returned the car the Nav working and updated for me . Could not ask for any better job. Highly recommend . More
