MOST TERRIBLE UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE!!! We walked in the dealership to deal with al after i was referred by a co-worker. The experience we had with him was absolutely horrendous. He was giving us every excuse on why he couldnt help us with no other alternatives.UNTIL HIS FINANCE MANAGER CAME OVER AND SAID THAT THEY COULD ABSOLUTELY HELP US.. AND HE TRIED TO POINT OUT CERTAIN THINGS ON MY CREDIT THAT HIS FINANCE MANAGER ALREADY SEEN. THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL THATS WHY THE DEALERSHIP EVEN GOT A STAR FROM ME. I HAVE NOT PURCHASED THE VEHICLE YET. I WILL BE PURCHASING THIS WEEK FROM A DIFFERENT SALES CONSULTANT WHO CAN SHOW MORE RESPECT AND TIME FOR US. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND EVER DEALING WITH AL. HE ONLY HELPS PEOPLE WHO HE THINKS HAS MONEY BC APPARENTLY HE JUDGE ME AND MY WIFE BECAUSE WE ARE YOUNG AND A INTTERACIAL COUPLE. WE WILL NOT BE GIVING HIM OUR BUSINESS, BUT WE WILL GIVE OUR BUSINESS TO HIS FINACIAL MANAGER THAT ACKNOWLEDGED US AND GAVE US RESPECT AS HUMAN BEINGS!!! More

Working with Tabetha turned around what began as a most frustrating experience into one of what new car buying should be - a delightful one. Tabetha was pleasant, knowledgeable, and not overbearing .
