I was looking around at several deal Jacqueline is an outstanding salesperson and a person of her word. I recently traded in my 2015 X5 for a 2017 X5. I was looking around at several dealerships trying to get the best offer. Everyone gave me good numbers but when we went to complete the deal, the numbers became higher than initially quoted. When I met with Jacqueline she gave me exactly what I was looking for and then some, and at a price, I was willing to pay. She kept her word and made the process seamless without any headaches or inflated numbers at the end. Keith Lindsay was the advisor who worked with me from start to finish and it was a pleasure he was very knowledgeable of his cars and he was able to satisfactorily advise me inspite of my limitations so I was able to happily drive out of the dealership in a 2018 3 Series BMW.
