No more hassles at this BMW dealership! Jacqueline Chait is the best - I was reluctant to return to the dealership after leaving Hassel years ago but she assured me things were different and Jacqueline Chait is the best - I was reluctant to return to the dealership after leaving Hassel years ago but she assured me things were different and she was right! I was so impressed that my husband returned months later to get another car from Jacqueline. Jacqueline made sure to follow up and asked us to get our car serviced at Freeport assuring us that the service department had changed for the better too (when it was Hassel years ago we thought we'd never return it was so bad.) I was pleasantly surprised with my service experience and recommend your dealership and service center all the time! I will always call Jacqueline each time we need a new car! More

A few weeks later I asked my wife to find me a car, she immediately called Ms. Chait and I was able to complete the lease in record time - very important to me that I don't waste time and Ms. Chait had all the details in order. Our family will continue to lease cars from Freeport BMW, I was impressed how the dealership has risen to a level of service unmatched by other dealerships. Great job Freeport BMW! More

Carlo Ongsingco I stopped by to shop around in Oct. last year but I unexpectedly went home with a brand new 330i five hours later. The salesman whom the receptionist I stopped by to shop around in Oct. last year but I unexpectedly went home with a brand new 330i five hours later. The salesman whom the receptionist assigned to me was Carlo Ongsingco. Carlo is very courteous, patient, fair and conscientious. The negotiation was easy and flawless. None of those intimiditation tricks that I did not need my boyfriend to rescue me. Carlo helped me in anyway he could to reach to a comfortable but fair agreement. I took the vehicle home at almost 9 pm only to find out that there were minor issues to the bumper the next day. He was more than kind enough to facilitate the service for the car which I had to reschedule a couple of times. He was always prompt in responding to my calls. He always treated me with respect. I highly recommended him to my friends and family and nevertheless to the Filipino community in Long Island. I can see his passion for his job the way he deals with his customers like me. I can foresee his overwhelming success in the future. Keep up the great job Carlo! More
